The Perfect Pickle is a food favorite at the MN State Fair, ever since we started business back in 1997. The MN State Fair is one of the top 2 Fairs in the United States, in terms of attendance. Our customer base increases every year, and we hear comments on a regular basis that we are now the reason they come to the fair.
The idea came from down south, but we perfected our recipe testing flavors out on family and friends over the years. Our first year we painstakingly hand-dipped every single pickle by hand, but since then we discovered a smart machine that helps us make them even faster & better. Next time you are at the Fair make sure to come out and try our deep fried pickles.
